What are attacks?

In the realm of NewThrone, the path of conquest beckons, and the spoils of victory await those who dare. To embark on an audacious raid upon fellow players and lay claim to their unclaimed THRO, follow these sacred steps:

1. Navigate to the Garage: Begin your quest by journeying to the first tab, aptly named "Garage."

2. Initiate the Assault: In this sanctified realm, you shall find the button of destiny, "Attack." With a minimum of one Cyber Warrior in your arsenal, you are primed for battle.

3. Closing the Chapter: When your conquest is complete, and the time has come to depart this hallowed ground, simply press "Close" to conclude this chapter of your cosmic saga.

In this realm of courage and cunning, victory awaits those with the resolve to seize it. Go forth, noble warrior, and let your legend be written in the annals of NewThrone.

Let's ATTACK!

To engage in a righteous assault upon your fellow player, direct your gaze towards the sacred "Attack" button, a beacon of power and purpose, gracing the rightmost realm of your screen. However, be not hasty in your endeavor, for heed this wisdom: contemplation and strategy are your allies, for a timer, a guardian of order, stands vigil between each of your calculated strikes. Thus, I beseech you, take heed and plan your offensive maneuvers with the utmost care, for the sands of time are not without consequence. Let us delve into the depths of this scenario and deliberate on the path forward.

Example 1

Behold, I possess 4 Attack Power, accompanied by 1 Defense Power, and my fortune remains at naught. As I gaze upon my chosen adversary, they boast 4 Defense Power, an absence of luck, and a modest hoard of 2 unclaimed THRO.

In the arena of combat, the vital determinants are the clash between your offensive might and your opponent's defensive prowess, intertwined with the fate embodied in the luck points of both contenders. Lo and behold, your astute decision to enhance your Radar research has enabled you to unveil the enigmatic Hydras and Luck points of your foe prior to launching an assault! Commendable indeed!

Given that your target wields 4 Defense Power, you shall engage in battle with 4 Attack Power confronting 4 Defense Power. With the absence of luck points, no dice shall be cast. Alas, this skirmish shall culminate in defeat, for victory necessitates an excess of Attack Power over your adversary's Defense Power.

Example 2

In this illustrative tableau, my arsenal boasts a formidable 10 Attack Power, accompanied by a lone Defense Power, and the blessing of 2 Luck points graces my presence. My choice of quarry in this pursuit is none other than "Tazz," the possessor of a most bounteous reserve of THRO ripe for the taking! Tazz's armory comprises 4 Defense Power, 1 formidable Hydra, a solitary Luck point, and a treasure trove of 9 unclaimed THRO.

Fortuitously, I have bestowed my Radar research with enhancements, thus enabling me to unveil Tazz's concealed Hydras and Luck points in advance, thereby discerning the outcome of victory or defeat that awaits me in the impending clash. In this particular scenario, I shall unleash 10 Attack Power upon Tazz's 9 Defense Power, securing victory and partaking in the plundering of a percentage of Tazz's unclaimed THRO! The magnitude of this plunder is contingent upon the level of your esteemed Robbery School. HOWEVER, should Tazz be favored by fortune and muster a dice roll yielding 1, while I, alas, am not so fortunate and manifest a dice roll of 0, I shall find myself pitted with 10 Attack Power against Tazz's 10 Defense Power, inevitably leading to my defeat in this fateful encounter.

If I get attacked, what happens to me?

Beware, noble warrior, for in the realm of NewThrone, even the mightiest must be vigilant. When the shadows of war encroach upon your dominion, and you find yourself under attack, a portion of your rewards shall be forfeit. This tithe exacted by your assailant is calculated based on the level of their Robbery School building.

Therefore, heed this sage counsel: Claim your rewards promptly when their worth deems it so. Swift action may safeguard the riches you have earned and ensure that the stars continue to shine favorably upon your cosmic journey.
